I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful inside, very comfy with a double bed, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with any request. The location, though buzzing with traffic noise, still had its charm with lush tropical gardens. The dining options were more European-style with limited local choices, but the facilities made up for it with excellent amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were sumptuously large with a wide, deep, and private balcony that was ideal for relaxation. The Balinese design exceeded my expectations.
